Phoenix ranked among top 10 housing markets to watch in 2019

PHOENIX — Real estate website Trulia ranked Phoenix among the top 10 housing markets to watch in 2019.

Trulia said that growth among “coastal tech hubs” is giving way to new cities that are affordable, have young populations and are located more inland.

Out of 100 U.S. housing markets, Phoenix ranked No. 7, based on job growth, vacancy, the income needed to afford a home, home searches on Trulia and share of population under 35.
